Experience the "Native Giant." Grown in the legendary Chalatenango Mountain Range at the award-winning Finca Bendición de Dios, our Pacamara is a true icon of the coffee world. A unique hybrid created in El Salvador (Pacas x Maragogipe), it is famous for its exceptionally large bean size and its complex, structured cup profile.
The "Roasted at Source" Advantage: To preserve the sparkling, fruit-forward acidity that makes the Pacamara variety world-famous, we roast and vacuum-seal these "giant" beans directly at the source in El Salvador. By artisan-roasting where they are grown, we capture the vibrant zesty notes and plum finish that often fade when green beans are shipped across the ocean. This is as authentic and fresh as Salvadoran coffee gets.

📖 Brewing Guide (V60 / Pour-Over / Filter)
Pacamara beans are large and dense. They reward a slightly coarser grind to allow their complex flavours to open up fully.

Grind: Medium-Coarse (slightly coarser than your standard filter grind).

Ratio: 1:16 (15g coffee / 240ml water).

Temp: 93°C - 95°C.

Tip: Pour slowly and steadily; as the cup cools, the red plum and mandarin notes will become even more pronounced.
