1. Our Freshness Guarantee

To ensure that volatile oils and complex flavour profiles remain intact, we import our speciality coffee, roasted at source, exclusively via air freight (UPS) directly from El Salvador to London.

2. Delivery Times (UK Mainland)

• Pre-orders: Dispatched on the date specified in the product description.

• In-stock Items: Processed within 1–2 business days.

• Service: Deliveries are managed through Shopify's integrated carrier network (typically via Royal Mail or Evri).

  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 business days.

  • Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Rate: A flat rate of £5.99 applies.

• Complimentary Shipping: Free standard delivery on orders over £[45.00/50.00].

4. Automated Tracking

As our shipping is integrated with Shopify, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
