Subscription Overview By purchasing a subscription (Origin Circle, Reserve Ritual, or Collector's Circle), you agree to recurring charges at the frequency selected: bi-weekly (2 weeks), monthly (4 weeks), bi-monthly (8 weeks), or quarterly (12 weeks).

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our organisation is registered as a data controller with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZC126457.

Cancellation and Changes

• Full Control: You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

• Deadline: Cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

• No Fees: There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts; you only pay for the coffee and magazines you receive.

Pricing and Benefits

• Discounts: Subscription prices include an exclusive discount (up to 15% for coffee and 50% for the magazine). These rates are locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.

• Product: Our coffee is roasted at source in El Salvador and shipped fresh to your door in the UK.
