A native Salvadoran masterpiece. Big bean, big flavour, big impact.
Grown in the legendary Chalatenango Mountain Range at Finca Bendición de Dios, this Pacamara is a true giant of the coffee world. A hybrid of the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties, it is famous for its exceptionally large bean size and its complex, structured cup profile.
This lot is Semi-Washed, a process that bridges the gap between the clean acidity of a washed coffee and the body of a natural. It delivers a juicy, vibrant experience that evolves as it cools.
